Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is 1–2 working days from the day after your order is received (excluding weekends and NZ public holidays). All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

Orders are sent via tracked courier, with estimated shipping timeframe of 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please note that rural deliveries may require an additional 1–3 working days handling time by the courier.

As soon as your science goodies are on their way, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can launch an inquiry with the courier service on your behalf.

Additional charges apply for all rural deliveries. To prevent any delays with your order processing, please ensure you select the Rural Tracked Courier option during checkout.

While we do not currently offer standard international shipping at checkout, we are happy to look into options for you! If you are eager to place an order from outside of New Zealand, please get in touch via email, and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
