Because our science earrings and pins are small-batch items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your pieces carefully before completing checkout.

While we do our best to accurately showcase our products, please note there may be slight colour variations from what you see on your screen due to photographic lighting and monitor display settings. Additionally, because wood is a natural material, unique differences in wood grain, colour, and texture will occur between each individual pin. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We are committed to ensuring that all of our earrings and pins look amazing, so rest assured that each product is created with care.

We take great pride in our quality control, but if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was sent, we will absolutely put it right.

All orders are sent via tracked courier. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal inquiry with the courier service on your behalf to locate the package or resolve the issue.

Beauty Products Stay Away: Give your earrings some breathing room by keeping them away from perfumes, moisturisers and other beauty products. Let them shine on their own by putting them on after any beauty routine.

Keep Them Dry: These accessories are not fans of the water, so remember to remove your earrings before swimming or showering to keep them dry.

Steer Clear of Extreme Heat: Your earrings also don’t like the heat. Avoid leaving them in scorching hot places like a sauna or your car on a sunny day.

Sparkle and Shine: If the earring hooks need a little sparkle, simply polish using a soft jewellery cloth. If it needs a quick clean, gently wipe the acrylic surface to restore that shine.

Pin Care Instructions

Avoid High Use Areas: While the ink adhesion to the wooden pins is great, use in high impact areas can cause peeling or scratching in the design. For longevity of the pins, it is best to avoid jangling with keys or areas where they may be knocked or bumped around.

Keep Them Dry: These accessories are not fans of the water, so remember to remove your pins from clothing, bags, and hats before putting them through the wash.
